Entropic State is committed to fair treatment of our supporters. This policy outlines how refund requests are handled for subscriptions to our services.
1. Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial for our mods so you can evaluate them before subscribing. We encourage you to use the trial period to ensure our software meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Subscription Payments
All payments are processed through third-party platforms:
- Patreon (patreon.com)
We do not directly process or store payment information.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered in situations such as:

4. How to Request a Refund

- Payment platform used (Patreon)
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund request
Step 2: Wait for Our Response
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. We may:
- Approve the refund
- Request additional information
- Offer alternative solutions (troubleshooting, support)
- Deny the request with explanation
Step 3: Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are processed through the original payment platform. Processing time depends on the platform and your payment method (typically 5-10 business days).
5. Important Notes
5.1 Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to work with you to resolve issues.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us:
- Will result in immediate account termination
- Will result in a permanent ban from all Entropic State services
- May affect your ability to use other services that use fraud prevention systems
5.2 Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:
- How long you had access before the issue arose
- Whether you used the service during that period
5.3 Subscription Cancellation
Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- To cancel, use the subscription management on Patreon
5.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Accounts banned for violating Terms of Service
- Users who initiated chargebacks without contacting us
- Dissatisfaction after extensive use of the service
- Incompatibility issues documented in our requirements
- Bans from GTA Online or other third-party services
6. Lifetime Access Clarification
When subscribed, you receive lifetime access to mod versions released during your subscription period. This means:
- If you cancel, you keep access to those versions forever
- You lose access to future updates released after cancellation
- This is not grounds for a refund (you received what you paid for)
