1. Introduction

Welcome to Entropic State (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Entropic State Mod Manager, mods, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Discord Authentication

The Service uses Discord for authentication. By logging in, you authorize us to access your Discord account information (user ID, username, avatar) for account creation and identification purposes.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Discord account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, abuse trials, or exploit the Service is prohibited.

4. Access Models and Pricing

4.1 Entropic Pass (Subscription)

Entropic Pass is a monthly subscription on Patreon that grants:

  • Access to every Entropic State mod (currently VIEWPOINT; additional mods as they are released to the tier)
  • Access to the latest versions and updates while subscribed
  • Both editions of each mod (Legacy D3D11 + Enhanced D3D12)

Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you retain a perpetual license to every version of each mod that was released while you were subscribed, together with any earlier versions you were eligible for, all of which remain available to re-download through the Mod Manager. You do not receive further updates, new versions, or newly released mods until you re-subscribe at the current subscription price shown at checkout.

4.2 Free Trial - 3 Days

We offer a platform-wide free trial:

  • 3 days of full access to all mods
  • One trial per user
  • No payment required
  • After trial expires, access is revoked unless you subscribe

4.3 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and use the Entropic State Mod Manager
  • Install and use mods you have access to (based on your subscription or trial status)
  • Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes

4.4 Device Policy

Your access allows use on unlimited devices you personally own and control. Account sharing is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

5.1 Abuse and Circumvention

  • Share, sell, or transfer your account access
  • Attempt to bypass license validation or HWID binding
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse trials or evade bans
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Launcher or mods
  • Use the Service in conjunction with cheating software

5.2 Harmful Activities

  • Distribute malware or harmful code through any means
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

5.3 Commercial Use

  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our mods
  • Create derivative works for commercial distribution

5.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including the Launcher, mods, and all associated content, is owned by Entropic State and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6.2 User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

6.3 Third-Party Rights

  • Grand Theft Auto V is a trademark of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
  • Entropic State is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive
  • Use of our mods is at your own risk regarding any third-party terms of service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The mods will be compatible with all game versions or configurations
  • The mods will not cause crashes, data loss, or other issues
  • Use of the mods will not result in bans from online services

USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill
  • We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from game crashes, save corruption, or online bans
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact us via email or Discord.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the Service is revoked
  • You must uninstall the Launcher and all mods
  • No refunds will be provided for violations
  • Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

10.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated through the Launcher. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, EULA, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Entropic State regarding the Service.

By using the Entropic State Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
